Shantel hails from Umunze, Orumba South Local Government Area of Anambra State. Born into the family of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Smith. With her mother a Ghanaian, She attended her primary school in Ghana and secondary school in Kumasi Girls Senior High School. got admitted into the Nigeria Navy school {Marine Academy of Nigeria, Oron}. She won the beauty pageant of Miss Nigeria Face Of Val in 2018.
